Christina Hall’s Own Divorce Filing Details Revealed & She Does NOT Agree On THIS Key Point!
Christina Hall‘s divorce filing has finally been processed — and as expected, it’s already proving that this is going to be a messy split!
ICYMI, the reality star’s third husband Josh Hall filed for divorce on Tuesday morning in Cali after three years of marriage. He didn’t say anything about why they were suddenly splitting, but he claimed the romance came to an end on July 8 — just one day before his wife’s birthday. But as it turns out, that important detail is just one of many things these exes don’t agree on when it comes to their breakup! Seriously, get ready — we said this would be messy!

E! News obtained the Flip or Flop alum’s petition on Tuesday evening (after she filed on Monday). Perhaps the most shocking difference between her filing and her estranged husband’s is the fact she listed a different date of separation!
Huh??
How do they mess that up?! In the reality star’s docs, she claimed the pair, who had reportedly been having marriage issues for a long time, called it quits on July 7. Something dramatic must’ve been going on around then for them to get confused about the end date, right?? Hmm.
While Josh requested spousal support in his filing, Christina clapped back, asking the court to terminate both of their rights to alimony. The one thing they did agree on? They both want the other to cover their attorney fees. Of course they do! LOLz!
Once again, they had differing opinions on how to move forward following this split. Josh asked that “all property acquired during marriage, except those acquired by gift or bequest, to be equally divided” between himself and Christina — including their marital home in Newport Beach. But the mother of three said in her court papers that she would determine how her and Josh’s assets get divided on a later date. (Despite this being her third marriage-turned-divorce, they didn’t have a prenup, BTW. That was probably a big mistake!)
Also, she did not mention anything about the rights to their HGTV and Discovery Network TV shows and specials — all of which Josh demanded! That includes partial rights to their upcoming show with Christina’s ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his new wife Heather called The Flip Off — which doesn’t premiere until next year!
He also seemingly wants the rights to other shows like Christina In The Country and Christina On the Coast. Considering Christina has been the face of her reality show empire long before Josh entered the picture, we have to imagine the real estate investor is gonna clap back at the WILD request! But so far, she hasn’t commented on it as far as we can tell.
Lastly, the 41-year-old requested that her legal name be restored to Christina Meursinge Haack. So, as if it wasn’t already clear enough by her wiping her Instagram clean, she’s DONE! Whoa! Reactions?? What do you think happened? Sound OFF (below)!
